        1. China Earthquake
        2. The Chinese Radio Sports Association (CRSA) had asked that the frequencies 7050 and 7060 KHz be kept clear for emergency traffic following a devastating earthquake in Yu Shu district, Quinghai Province. A number of Amateurs were active in supporting the rescue and recovery efforts including BG9UA, BG9UP and BG9UO. An emergency communications team led by BG6CEV arrived in Quinghai on April 15, 2010.

This effort is now completed and all frequencies have been returned to normal amateur use. Your cooperation during this difficult time was very much appreciated.
